First time to visit Eastwest Placement from Taytay - Makati New bldg - I want to update the old pix in google. with Standard protocol Clean fast transaction not crowded TIPS: If u have car u need to park in other areas like shopwise we parked 2 streets away (just give P50 as thank u to Manong) Eastwest parking space are reserved. Photocopy ur Apostille docs (2 copies) Print Gcash receipt (write ur Name & contact #) If u want to avail delivery of docs via LBC pay courier fee +100 handling fee) - Printing shop across P15 per docs Other option via BDO over the counter only (not accepting online transfer) BDO bank one street away.

Super bad agency. Not recommended. Staff's are so arrogant, even the man near the door "kalbo"(serves as maybe security guard but not wearing uniform) have bad manners, so arrogant and not giving full instruction to the costumers/clients. So unprofessional of all staff.

A big NO NO for this agency! A lot of other agencies are far more better than this one specially their MAKATI branch. Staff does not care about people. No consideration and very bad working attitude. In this time they should be more considerate on the people coming in this agency. Releasing of document will not take a lot of time thats why i do not understand that why they made us wait outside in the scorching heat of sun because its lunch time. I can suggest Ameinri agency in Espana far better than this. Do not waste your time.
